The Contractor shall: Obtain <br /> all tank removal permits (permit fees will be paid by the Government); <br /> Coordinate with the preceding office for the on-site inspection fees. <br /> County inspector and testing laboratory representative must be present <br /> before each and every tank is removed from t. e pit. Removing more than <br /> one tar per site visit by the inspector maybe arranzed between the Con- <br /> tractor and the County inspector and testing laboratory representative. <br /> 2-09.1. Removal of Tanks Liquid Contents (Residuals): Existing, tank liquid <br /> contents shall be pumped out by the Contractor and the Government will <br /> provide the containers. Filled containers shall be delivered to Bldg <br /> 237 by the Contractor. A 2" air space shall be provided between the <br /> drum rim and liquid level. <br /> 2-04' <br />
