Electrical Substation ACC Project No. 99-6006-007.00 <br /> Page 3 <br /> DDJC Tracy Site, California <br /> 3.2 Site Characterization Study Report <br /> A Site Characterization Study Report will be prepared based on the information acquired through the <br /> boring investigation. The report will include recommendations for further investigation and possible <br /> remedial action. <br /> 4.0 RATIONALE FOR PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> This Work Plan is primarily designed to determine the extent and magnitude of impact to soil and <br /> compile information necessary to prepare a Site Characterization Study Report. <br /> 5.0 HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> A site specific health and safety plan, which encompasses the proposed work within the area and <br /> complies with the requirements of 29 CFR Part 1910.120, is included in Appendix 1. A copy of the <br /> Health and Safety Plan will be kept on site during field work operations and will be available for <br /> reference by appropriate parties during the work. The ACC field representative will act as the Site <br /> Safety Officer. <br /> 6.0 TECHNICAL REPORTS <br /> A technical report discussing the subsurface findings and the sampling results will be submitted to <br /> the Client to forward to the PHS-EHD. <br />
