The applicant shall contact the Public Works Inspection Department four working days <br /> prior to construction. <br /> 2. It is the applicant's responsibility to contact USA and verify location of all existing <br /> utilities prior to work. <br /> 3. All repair work shall be at the direction of the City Inspector. <br /> 4. All traffic control shall comply with the latest edition of the California Manual on <br /> Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CA MUTCD). <br /> • A flagger shall be utilized for the traffic control at the Well#14 location. <br /> 5. Prior to the work commencing, permit(s) for the well abandonments shall be obtained § <br /> from San Joaquin County. <br /> 6. Prior to the work commencing, door hangers and/or notifications shall be provided to <br /> residents adjacent to well abandonment sites whose property frontage will be impacted <br /> by the activities performed under this permit. At a minimum the residents adjacent to <br /> well sites #14 and #16 shall be notified. The door hangers and/or notifications shall be <br /> approved by the Public Works Department prior to distribution. <br /> 7. The Permittee is responsible for the preservation of survey monuments within the work <br /> performed under this permit. If any have the potential to be disturbed, the Permittee is <br /> required to tie out each location and, if disturbed, re-establish them after completion of <br /> work, using a licensed land surveyor. A corner record must be filed in accordance with <br /> state law for any re-set monuments. <br /> 8.
