These permits are for abandoning 8 <br /> wells in the Lathrop, CA area — see maps on following pages. We are scheduled to <br /> begin well abandonment on September 12, 2016. <br /> 1 am submitting an encroachment permit application to the City for the wells located in <br /> the street/right-of-way and the City of Lathrop has sent out letters to all land owners to <br /> gain access to their land.
