Mossdale None No planned recycled water <br /> Use Area near well location <br /> MWM-26 Mossdale None No planned recycled water <br /> Use Area near well location <br /> MWR-6 River Islands Water level monitoring Damaged <br /> MWR-13 River Islands None Damaged <br /> ✓ MWR-15 River Islands None Dry <br /> MWR-20 River Islands None Dry <br /> For those wells that were identified as compliance wells (in particular CLSP-2, CLSP-4, and <br /> CLSP-10), the City shall submit a Groundwater Monitoring Well Installation Workplan in <br /> accordance with R5-2016-0028 Provision H.1.j that proposes replacement well(s) that will <br /> ensure representative monitoring at future planned Use Areas. <br /> Work Plan for Well Abandonment(Work Plan' <br /> The Work Plan identified wells MWR-6, MWR-7, and MWR-13 located in the River Islands <br /> Development to be abandoned. Wells MWR-6 and MWR-7 are designated for water level <br /> monitoring in accordance with Order R5-2016-0028. Wells MWR-6 and MWR-13 were <br /> identified as damaged and proposed for abandonment in the Survey Report and Destruction <br /> Plan submitted by City. There is no planned recycled water Use Area located near <br /> W MIWR-7, s a replacement well is not necessary at this time. <br /> Conditional Approval <br /> In general, the Survey Report and Destruction Plan contains the requested information and the <br /> proposed plans and well abandonment is appropriate. The Survey Report and Destruction Plan <br /> is therefore approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. All Monitoring wells proposed for abandonment, including those wells proposed in the <br /> Work Plan submitted by ENGEO, Inc., shall be abandoned in accordance with.the <br /> Monitoring Well Abandonment Workplan included in Attachment A of the Survey Report <br /> and Destruction Plan and in accordance with San Joaquin County Well Standards. <br /> 2. Any drilling mud or cuttings from the drilling operations may be buried on-site in <br /> accordance with the conditions of Regional Water Board Resolution No. R5-2003-0008, <br /> if they are dried and free of additives and known wastes. A copy of the waiver resolution <br /> is available on the Water Board website at <br /> hftl2://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board decisions/adopted orders/waivers/r5 2003 0008 odf <br /> Otherwise, drilling mud or cuttings must be removed for off-site disposal. <br /> 3. Well destruction permits must be obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> 4. Submittal of a Well Destruction Report to the Central Valley Water Board is required <br /> after completion of the well abandonment activities. The report shall include copies of all <br />
