Allowable mass <br /> loadings will be based on the total flow minus the amount of wastewater disposed <br /> of to land at rates in accordance with the agronomic technical report required by <br /> Provision F.9. <br /> 2. The arithmetic mean biochemical oxygen demand (5-day) and suspended solids <br /> in effluent samples collected in a period of 30 consecutive days shall not <br /> exceed 15 percent of the arithmetic mean of the values for influent <br /> samples collected at approximately the same times during the same period <br /> (85 percent removal ) . <br /> 3. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5. <br /> 4. The Discharger shall use the best practicable cost-effective control <br /> technique currently available to limit mineralization to no more than a <br /> reasonable increment. <br /> 6. Survival of test fishes in 96-hour bioassays of undiluted waste shall be <br /> no less than: <br /> Minimum for any one bioassay - - - - - - - - - 70% <br /> Median for any three or more bioassays - - - - 90% <br /> D. Sludge Disposal : <br /> 1. Collected screening, sludges, and other solids removed from liquid wastes <br /> shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the Executive Officer. <br />
