CA0081558 <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF MANTECA AND LATHROP <br /> COUNTY WATER DISTRICT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Specific sample station locations shall be established under direction of the <br /> Board's staff, and a description of the stations shall be attached to this Order. <br /> INFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Samples shall be collected at approximately the same time as effluent samples and <br /> should be representative of the influent for the period sampled. The following <br /> shall constitute the influent monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> 20°C BOD5 mg/l , lbs/day 24 hr. Composite Daily <br /> Suspended Solids mg/l , lbs/day 24 hr. Composite Daily <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected downstream from the last connection through <br /> which wastes can be admitted into the outfalls for the San Joaquin River and the <br /> land disposal sites. Effluent samples should be representative of the volume and <br /> nature of the discharge. Samples collected from the outlet structure of ponds <br /> will be considered adequately composited. Time of collection of a grab sample <br /> shall be recorded. The following shall constitute the effluent monitoring pro- <br /> gram: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> 20% BOD5 mg/l , lbs/day 24 hr. Composite Daily <br /> Suspended Matter(l) mg/l , lbs/day 24 hr. Composite Daily <br /> Settleable Matter ml/l Grab Daily <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Standard Minerals mg/1 Grab Yearly <br /> pH(1) pH Units Grab Daily <br />
