1 A <br /> ' 2.5 Destruction of Replaced Monitoring Wells and Piezometers <br /> On June 2 and 8, 2005, Kleinfelder located and destroyed 8 previously existing <br /> monitoring wells located in the Mossdale subarea. The abandonment <br /> procedures were in accordance with Regional Water Quality Control Board and <br /> ' San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (EHD) <br /> Well Standards. An EHD well destruction permit was prepared prior to <br /> commencing field work. A copy of Kleinfelder's June 8, 2005, letter report <br /> ' describing the well abandonment and copies of the county destruction permits <br /> are provided in Appendix F. Table 6 below lists the well name, driller, year <br /> drilled, and present-day status. <br /> ' Table 6.
