' Within 90 days of obtaining approval of a Groundwater Well Project Description Addendum, the Discharger shall submit a Well InstallationlDestruction Report to the Regional Water Quality Control Board and Director of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (or the Director's designee). Well installation shall document the construction activities and include maps showing ' as-built well location and well construction diagrams. The boring logs, well development records, and measurement point elevations shall be provided in the ' report, and any deviations from the Groundwater Well Project Description Addendum identified and explained. All reports shall be consistent with Attachment F of the WDRs, Requirements for Monitoring Well Installation ' Workplans and Monitoring Well Installation Reports, a copy of which is included in Appendix B to this Master Well Workplan. Additionally, separate monitoring well construction, alteration, or destruction reports shall also be prepared and filed with the California Department of Water Resources as required by the California Water Code. ' 8.0 SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETION OF WORK ' The first Groundwater Well Project Description Addendum is tentatively planned for submittal in approximately August 2007. Subsequent to approval of the Master Well Workplan and Project Description Addendum, the first scheduled ' construction activities are tentatively anticipated to start around November 2007. By January 2008, the November construction activities are tentatively planned to be completed and the Well Installation Report submitted to the RWQCB. A number of physical and economic factors can influence the timing of planned future wastewater treatment expansions, and the above schedule is approximate and provided for planning purposes only. ' Subsequent well construction or destruction activities shall be preceded by additional Groundwater Well Project Description Addenda submitted 120 days ' prior to the scheduled construction. 9.0 GROUNDWATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS PLAN (SAP) ' As required by Attachment F of the WDRs (Requirements for Monitoring well Installation Workplans and Monitoring Well Installation Reports), a Groundwater ' Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) is provided as part of this workplan (Appendix D). The SAP describes the monitoring well locations and sampling requirements; sample collection, handling, and procedures; and, the constituents for analysis, ' sample processing requirements and analytical methods.
