' refer to the well construction and abandonment procedures specified in this <br /> Master Well Workplan. <br /> ' Within 90 days of obtaining approval of a Groundwater Well Project Description <br /> Addendum, the Discharger shall submit a Well InstallationlDestruction Report to <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board and Director of the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (or the Director's designee). Well <br /> installation shall document the construction activities and include maps showing <br /> ' as-built well location and well construction diagrams. The boring logs, well <br /> development records, and measurement point elevations shall be provided in the <br /> ' report, and any deviations from the Groundwater Well Project Description <br /> Addendum identified and explained. All reports shall be consistent with <br /> Attachment F of the WDRs, Requirements for Monitoring Well Installation <br /> ' Workplans and Monitoring Well Installation Reports, a copy of which is included <br /> in Appendix B to this Master Well Workplan. <br /> Additionally, separate monitoring well construction, alteration, or destruction <br /> reports shall also be prepared and filed with the California Department of Water <br /> Resources as required by the California Water Code. <br /> ' 8.0 SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETION OF WORK <br /> ' The first Groundwater Well Project Description Addendum is tentatively planned <br /> for submittal in approximately August 2007. Subsequent to approval of the <br /> Master Well Workplan and Project Description Addendum, the first scheduled <br /> ' construction activities are tentatively anticipated to start around November 2007. <br /> By January 2008, the November construction activities are tentatively planned to <br /> be completed and the Well Installation Report submitted to the RWQCB. A <br /> number of physical and economic factors can influence the timing of planned <br /> future wastewater treatment expansions, and the above schedule is approximate <br /> and provided for planning purposes only. <br /> ' Subsequent well construction or destruction activities shall be preceded by <br /> additional Groundwater Well Project Description Addenda submitted 120 days <br /> ' prior to the scheduled construction. <br /> 9.0 GROUNDWATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS PLAN (SAP) <br /> ' As required by Attachment F of the WDRs (Requirements for Monitoring well <br /> Installation Workplans and Monitoring Well Installation Reports), a Groundwater <br /> ' Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) is provided as part of this workplan (Appendix <br /> D). The SAP describes the monitoring well locations and sampling requirements; <br /> sample collection, handling, and procedures; and, the constituents for analysis, <br /> ' sample processing requirements and analytical methods. <br /> ' - 11 - <br />
