G. Reporting <br /> The WDRs require the Discharger to submit this document, the Master <br /> Groundwater Well Installation and/or Destruction Workplan prior to the first <br /> scheduled construction or destruction of any groundwater monitoring well. A <br /> Groundwater Well Project Description Addendum is also required prior to well <br /> construction or destruction. The Well Project Description Addendums shall <br /> ' provide site specific information and refer to the well construction and <br /> abandonment procedures specified in this Master Well Workplan. <br /> ' Within 90 days of obtaining approval of a Groundwater Well Project Description <br /> Addendum, the Discharger shall submit a Well Installation/Destruction Report to <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board and Director of the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (or the Director's designee). Well <br /> installation shall document the construction activities and include maps showing <br /> as-built well location and well construction diagrams. The boring logs, well <br /> 1 development records, and measurement point elevations shall be provided in the <br /> report, and any deviations from the Groundwater Well Project Description <br /> Addendum identified and explained. <br /> ' Additionally, separate monitoring well construction, alteration, or destruction <br /> reports shall also be prepared and filed with the California Department of Water <br /> ' Resources as required by the California Water Code. <br /> H. Schedule for Completion of Work <br /> The WDRs require that 120-days prior to the first scheduled construction or <br /> destruction of any groundwater monitoring well, the Discharger shall submit a <br /> Groundwater Well Project Description Addendum. The Well Project Description <br /> Addendums shall provide site specific information and refer to the well <br /> construction methods specified in this Master Well Workplan. <br /> The first Groundwater Well Project Description Addendum is planned for <br /> submittal on approximately May 1, 2007. Subsequent to approval of the Master <br /> Well Workplan and Project Description Addendum, the first scheduled <br /> ' construction activities are tentatively anticipated to start around the beginning of <br /> August 2006 (more than 160 days after submittal of the Master Well Workplan). <br /> By October 2007, the August construction activities are tentatively planned to be <br /> ' completed and the Well Installation Report submitted to the RWQCB. <br /> Subsequent well construction or destruction activities shall be preceded by <br /> ' additional Groundwater Well Project Description Addendums submitted 120 days <br /> prior to the scheduled construction. <br /> ' - 9 - <br />
