This report will be submitted <br /> to the PHS/EHD approximately three weeks after analytical results have been received. If a site closure <br /> request is submitted, the report will be prepared generally consistent with Appendix B of the Tri-Regional <br /> Board Staff Recommendations For Preliminary Investigation And Evaluation Of Underground Tank Sites. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> .Newark is prepared to initiate the soil boring permitting efforts within one week after the approval of this <br /> work plan by the PHS/EHD.
