The UST and sump <br /> were abandoned in place in October/November 1993 Soil sampling revealed detectable TPHd <br /> C. HAZARDOUS INCIDENCE HISTORY(HISTORY OF INJURIES, EXPOSURE, CHEMICAL 1 <br /> SPILLS, COMPLAINTS, EI'C.):Releases from the UST and sump in the courtyard of the site. <br /> D PURPOSE OF ACTIVITY/OBJECTIVE OF HLA's WORK(CHARACTERIZATION, REMEDIAL <br /> ACTIONS, EXCAVATION, TRENCHING; INCLUDE LOCATION WITH RESPECT TO AREAS <br /> OF KNOWN OR SUSPECTED CONTAMINATION): Collect soil and groundwater samples <br /> during drilling operations and potentially observe overexcavation of contaminated soils <br /> and potentially collect groundwater samples during quarterly monitoring activities <br /> E. SITE STATUS (ACTIVE, INACTIVE, UNKNOWN): Active Paperboad Mill <br /> F.
