WORK PLAN <br /> Completing the LTCP evaluation process will be addressed by an investigation <br /> consisting of groundwater, soil, and soil gas sampling as described below.. <br /> 7.1 Pre-Investigation Activities <br /> Prior to the start of field activities, Geosyntec will perform the following: <br /> • Update the Site health and safety plan, as needed, in accordance with local, <br /> state, and federal requirements; <br /> • Obtain drilling permits from.San Joaquin County, as required for CPTs, grab <br /> groundwater, soil, and soil gas sampling;. <br /> a Confirm access and schedule with the property owner; and <br /> • Notify Underground Service Alert (USA) a minimum of two business days <br /> before any subsurface work and conduct a utility clearance using a private utility <br /> locator to identify subsurface utilities and other potential obstructions. Proposed <br /> investigation locations will be adjusted based upon the USA and private utility <br /> clearance. <br /> 7.2 Task 1: (Perform CPT/Grab-Groundwater Investigation to Delineate the <br /> Off--site(i.e., lateral) and Vertical Extent of Toluene in Groundwater <br /> Task 1 consists of CPT and depth discrete groundwater sampling at the locations shown <br /> on Figure 7.
