Church St., Stockton <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Upon completion of the MIP/CPT investigation, the results and maps of the sample <br /> locations will be provided in a letter report with location recommendations for a <br /> minimum of four groundwater monitoring wells, and proposed well construction details. <br /> Following regulatory approval of the wells work plan, the 2" diameter polyvinyl chloride <br /> (PVC) wells (DMW-1 through DMW-4) will be installed and screened in first water <br /> (historically 15' bgs to 20' bgs). DMW-1 through DMW-4 will be sampled and analyzed <br /> for toluene by USEPA Method 82606.:A final report of the investigation and monitoring <br /> wells installation will be submitted, and further recommendations will be made for <br /> additional work as warranted. The CPT/MIP investigation_(including the letter report) <br /> will be completed within 60 days of the Workplan approval pending subcontractor <br /> availability. A schedule for the wells installation and reporting will be included in the <br /> letter report. <br /> The Workplan is conditionally approved with the following additions: <br /> • Grab groundwater sample analyses for USEPA Method 82606 will report all peaks, <br /> including toluene, in the data provided in the reports. <br /> • Status reports, submitted to me at the email address below, are due on the 30th day <br /> of each month until completion of the approved work, and shall include any <br /> changes to the proposed schedule or other problems associated with the fieldwork. <br /> The first status report is due 30 July 2012. <br /> • The letter report/work:plan is due 15 September 2012. <br /> Please give the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and myself at <br /> least 3 working days' notice prior to initiating fieldwork.
