That is$125 for the permit fee and $375 for the inspection activity fee. It looks like you have given me everything I need,though your'map with the boring locations could be a little more specific. Once you pay the fees,e-mail your confirmation page,showing the amount,to me. You get it immediately, but we do not get it until a.day or two later. As soon as I get the confirmation that the fees have been paid, I will issue the permit. We are running out of time, so if you can speed up the process on your end, it will be appreciated. I need a final letter from the board saying that they agree to your plan. I also need a detailed map of the site locations,fees for the work,a signed permit application for each parcel, and a licensed contractor declaration signed by a responsible party working for the drilling company.
