I plan on drilling 7 shallow, soil gas locations to access <br /> inhalation risks from soil vapor during redevelopment for future occupants and the other 5 borings to assess possible <br /> free product contamination on the southeast corner of the property for future construction health risks. I wanted to <br /> know what forms I needed to fill out as well as the cost for the permit fee so I can have everything you need to issue the <br /> permit. I plan on beginning the temporary soil vapor probe installation (2 per 7 locations at approximately 5 and 10' bgs) <br /> by Gregg Drilling,on Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10th.
