If you do it in.time for me to process, you can make your proposed start
time/date.
mike infuma.
From: LVanTassell@Geosyntec.com [mailto:LVanTassell@Geosyntec.com]
Sent:Friday,January 28, 20114:51 PM
To: Mike Infurna[EH]
Subject: RE:800 West Church Street- boring permit
Mike—I left you a voice mail to answer your questions. I will be in all day Monday if you need further clarification.
Thanks, Lisa
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mailto:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Friday,January 28, 20113:34 PM
To:'Lisa Van Tassell
Subject: RE: 800 West Church Street- boring permit
much weaker than I expected.
I would have preferred the words I used to explain this all to you, that is, "Report of findings"....
I have received lab data before and it was inadequate as a REPORT. I am under the impression
GeoSyntec will be generating a Report, not just data, and submitting it to your client, Dopaco.
correct? then this is the report due at the EHD.
I will be getting in touch with Mr. Richard Scanlan of Dopaco Inc today and I will discuss the overall
reluctance to clearly note that a full report, data, discussion and registered professional signatured
document will be submitted to the EHD when it's made available to him...
I'm under the understanding Dopaco is.NOT currently the leasee for the site. is there some other
contractual agreement that allows Dopaco to be ON this site for this phase? I need to have a copy.
The County EHD cannot issue a permit to a third party, or to tresspass. With a history of litigation at
this site, I must be sure I am not placing the County in a position of liability.
If no current lease agreement is in effect, then an access agreement, signed by both Newark, the
landowner and Dopaco must be submitted to the EHD before I can issue a permit.
thank you.
Mike Infurna
1/31/2011
