I need to have a high level of confidence <br /> previous inadequate procedures won't be repeated, legal explanations or not. <br /> Just so you 'know, California Proposition 65 mandates my agency notify the public if <br /> hazardous/health conditions are found at sites within our county, whether detected by drilling and <br /> sampling or spills.
