This is Task <br /> 2 in the work plan that included the grab sample collection completed last week and consists of installing three <br /> groundwater monitoring wells on the west side.of S San Jose St just north of W Church St. I had hoped to have city <br /> permits in hand before submitting this application to you, but they have not yet been approved, so I noted on the <br /> attached application that both the encroachment permit and the revocable permit are in progress. Confirmation of <br /> payment for$750 is included (receipt#512145). <br /> Once again, I apologize for the short notice, but this work is currently scheduled to begin this Thursday, 15 May.
