I will forward the emails between Jatin and me to
you in separate emails. Perhaps you can read into the emails whether the State Water Board favors funding/not
funding a possible second release at this site.
Concerning Weldon Church property at 104 Beverly Place, there has been no correspondence between the State
Water Board and the EHD since 01 May 2014 when I sent an email to Kirk Larson telling Kirk that I had not received
the two emails sent to you, Nuel, dated February 7 and 10, 2014, describing telephone conversations between Kirk
and you.
Concerning West Clay Properties at 639 Clay Street(now 655 Clay Street), there has been no correspondence with
the State Water Board about this site since 21 January 2014 when Jessica Amaya of the State Water Board
responded to my email saying that she will check with Mr Rodger about the wrong site address being entered at the
State Water Board for this LOP site.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartnev a)sicehd.com
From: Nuel Henderson [EH]
Sent: Friday, October 17, 2014 9:13 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: Clay Street etc
Vicki,
Had a call from Bill Little regarding status on the Clay Street site. Can I assume we haven't heard anything
from the CUF 5-Year folks on our objection to case closure? This brought up 104 Beverly Place and Canepas
Car Wash Pacific Ave; no new info there either?
From Bill's comments it appears that the CUF is not leaning toward funding the supposed second release
and work has stopped on the Canepas site. Perhaps it's time to consider referring this site to Regional Board.
Let me know what if anything SB or CUF has done on these sites recently and let's discuss them later if
you've got time.
Nuel
10/17/2014
