To date, neither the feasibility study <br /> nor the IOS pilot study report has been submitted to the EHD. <br /> In order to discuss your failure to comply with the directive, the EHD has scheduled a meeting <br /> with you for 10 January 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at our office building at 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California. Please notify the EHD if this date and time are not convenient for you. At <br /> this meeting we can discuss possible solutions to the problems and set a schedule to follow to <br /> get your site closed.
