During the meeting, the overall site <br /> investigation was discussed. <br /> -At this time, an addendum to the workplan for overexcavation <br /> of the pit is requested. Samples submitted for analysis from <br /> the overexcavation shall be submitted to a state certified lab <br /> for the following analyses : <br /> -TPH- Gasoline EPA Method GCFID (5030) <br /> -TPH- Kerosene EPA Method GCFID (3540/3550) <br /> -BTEX EPA Method 8020 <br /> Pursuant to Section_ 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations (California Code of Regulations , Title 23 , Chapter 16) <br /> a quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division and Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the investigation and <br /> cleanup of the site is deemed adequate . The report is to show the : <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities including <br /> the results of all investigations completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules for <br /> the completion of the investigation of the site and <br /> remediation; <br /> -method and location of disposal of the released <br /> hazardous substance and any contaminated soil, <br /> groundwater or surface water; <br /> -manifest required for transport of hazardous substances; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater elevation, <br /> pH, conductivity, gradient ; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or sampling; and <br /> A i v,i,ion of San Joaquin County Health Care Service <br />
