Hazmat Disposal Bucket Program Training UPDATED 10/01/14 <br /> Hazmat Disposal Bucket Program <br /> Tractor Supply Company has partnered with Safety-Kleen, who are experts in environmental <br /> compliance,to provide a fully compliant and user-friendly program.The following sections provide the <br /> details of the Hazmat Disposal Bucket Program and the procedures that each Tractor Supply store must <br /> follow. <br /> Set up the 0 Each Tractor Supply store must set up and maintain a staging area where you <br /> Staging Area will keep the color-coded buckets. It is required that this area be near the <br /> Receiver's Desk. <br /> • This area must be easily accessible and kept free from clutter of other products <br /> (at least 3 ft. of clearance around buckets). <br /> • NEVER allow products to accumulate in the staging area. All products must be <br /> logged and placed in a bucket or contain a "Hold for Disposal"form. <br /> • Buckets must be placed on a two tiered gondola as shown below. A binder will <br /> hold the Bucket Program documents. <br /> Staging Area NOTE:The buckets must be placed as shown with all labels pointing out(labels <br /> Example - should be put on the bucket so all labels are on the same side). <br /> CA Bucket <br /> Program <br /> Binder <br /> Buckets 0 Each store will have (12) 5-gallon buckets consisting of primary and secondary <br /> buckets. <br /> • The primary buckets will consist of a full 6 bucket program including all color <br /> labels, waste accumulation labels, etc. This will be the store's primary program <br /> (outlined in the above picture). <br /> • The secondary buckets will be available once a primary bucket fills up. The store <br /> will simply zip tie the full bucket and ensure that it's closed prior to utilizing a new <br /> colored bucket.The secondary buckets can be nested and put up out of the way <br /> until needed. <br /> Tractor Supply Company Confidential page 3 <br />
