Hazmat Disposal Bucket Program Training UPDATED 10/01/14 <br /> Locking the • Once you reach the 150 day mark of a service term, and you have faxed your <br /> Buckets Damaged Product Log Forms to Safety-Kleen, "lock" each of the buckets with a <br /> zip tie as shown in the photos below. <br /> • This is required to prevent any additional damaged products from being placed <br /> in the buckets after the forms have been submitted. <br /> • Once a primary bucket has been zip tied closed, pull that color bucket from the <br /> secondary buckets.
