As of 3-28-16 Patrick is the parts manager and keeps track of all ordering and <br /> receiving of parts and is the person keeping track all chapter 22 compliance, ie: <br /> checking the tanks and waste oil barrels daily as well as garbage cans, smashing <br /> filters, draining waste oil into the tank. Making sure all employees are staying in <br /> compliance. <br /> 115. All signed manifests have been received from Safety Kleen with the <br /> exception of 003629948SKS. An exception report has been made. <br /> 116. An Exception report has been sent to DTSC Report Repository <br /> For manifest 003629948SKS. I have also called to US Ecology Nevada and <br /> requested a copy. <br /> 303. The eyewash station was removed and a bottle of eyewash solution is in the <br /> first aid kit. <br /> 403. We purchased missing 55 gal drum lids from Safety Kleen and all drums are <br /> now kept closed. The oily water was consolidated into a 55 gal drum and was <br /> hauled by Safety Kleen on 3-21-16. <br />
