<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hot water for the facility is completely shut off. Spoke to associate who has no knowledge of hot
<br /> water being turned off. Turn hot water on and ensure the hot water for hand washing is 10OF-11 OF and the hot water for the
<br /> 3 compartment sink and mop sink is 120F or above. The soda fountain shall not be used until corrections have been made.
