Provide proof of EPA ID # to EHD by <br /> 3/5/03. <br /> #23) Fuel filters are not being hauled off under a hazardous waste manifest. Have all <br /> hazardous waste* hauled by a California Registered Hazardous hauler. Begin <br /> immediately. <br /> #49) Employee was unaware of proper hazardous waste handling and disposal procedures. <br /> Train all employees to properly handle and dispose of all hazardous waste generated at <br /> this facility. Begin immediately. <br /> *Hazardous waste includes, but is not limited to, all used fuel filters, contaminated <br /> absorbent, and any other hazardous waste generated by anyone at this facility. <br /> It is recommended that management and/or staff attend the free CUPA Compliance School <br /> offered by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). <br /> Review the enclosed December 2002 CUPA Newsletter for compliance school dates and <br /> compliance information regarding specific violations cited in this report. <br /> Attachments provided in this inspection report packet include the following: <br /> • Photos of UST violations/concerns <br /> • December 2002 CUPA Newsletter- SJCEHD <br /> • Jan 2002 Hazardous Waste Generator Fact Sheet-Cal/EPA DTSC <br /> Provide Certification of Return to Compliance with all attachments to EHD by 3/5/03. <br /> This report was prepared by REHS, (209) 468-3451. <br /> Kas y L.
