Provide proof of EPA ID # to EHD by <br /> 3/5/03. <br /> #23) Fuel filters are not being hauled off under a hazardous waste manifest. Have all <br /> hazardous waste* hauled by a California Registered Hazardous hauler. Begin <br /> immediately. <br /> #49) Employee was unaware of proper hazardous waste handling and disposal procedures. <br /> Train all employees to properly handle and dispose of all hazardous waste generated at <br /> this facility.
