You <br /> noted that the location needed to conduct all necessary testing and maintenance to ensure all emergency <br /> equipment is in proper operation. <br /> Resolution 1: On 3/15/2012 I received confirmation from the 7-Eleven representative for this store that <br /> the eyewash has been replaced and all emergency equipment has been confirmed operational. <br /> Item 2: On your inspection report you noted that this location did not have records for the disposal of <br /> universal waste. <br /> Resolution 2: Our lighting contractor is act as a co-generator for our universal waste and takes possession <br /> of it when it is generated. Attached is a list of the universal waste removed from this store since January <br /> of 2011. <br /> This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7-Eleven assumes that all issues <br /> regarding this report have been resolved and are closed.
