For now, all of your food will have to be pre-packaged (even if you use the refrigerator or freezer). We will let you keep the same permit, if all you do is microwave it and the use of utensils is not taking place. Do not sell food that needs hot holding or utensils to portion it. As for the swim meet, sell or give away the foods that you want. Let the association now that we do not make a difference on the permit if you sell or give it away.We are here to protect the public. In the future, if the association wants to install a 3 compartment sink,this will allow for more food to be sold or given away(since now you could wash utensils).This will require a plumbing permit.
