Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The map does not show/address north orientation, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points <br /> (office and storage trailer), emergency shutoffs, and emergency response equipment. A site map shall contain a <br /> north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br /> emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br /> "NA". A business plan shall include the following emergency response <br /> procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> - Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> - Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System(CERS) annually for 2017, 2018, and 2019. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by <br /> January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
