Monday, August 12, 2019
Good afternoon,

As requested I am sending you information on CERS, California Environmental Reporting System. I have
also attached a copy of your inspection report for your convenience for reference the violations cited
during the hazardous waste inspection on 6/4/19.

You need to create a CERS business account. Go to
https://cersbusiness.calepa.ca.gov/Account/SignIn?ReturnUrl=%2f and select ‘CREATE NEW
ACCOUNT’. Enter all your information and then check your email for the verification. Click the link in
your email to take you back to the CERS business. Log in to your new account under “CERS Business
Sign-In”. An account was created for your business on 6/11/19 by the EHD. The CERS ID number is
10808038. Select SEARCH EXISTING BUSINESSES/FACILITIES to request access to AAA Machine. Enter the
CERS ID field only “10808038” and select search. Click the green link on the right hand side of your
business name that says “Request access”. On the next page, type in your phone number and title and
submit. Once approved, you will have access to AAA Machine on CERS.

To resolve the CERS violation, you need to complete the Facility Information submittal. For business
activities you will select no to hazardous materials, and yes to hazardous waste, no to everything else.
Then fill out the facility information. When you are finished, select submit to finalize. Let me know
when this is done.

As a reminder, you are 35 days past due for coming into compliance.
