' <br /> The reasons for this areas follows: <br /> • Samples were taken and tested 'march 28-, 1990. The test results'show all samples <br /> to be absolutely clear with the exception of Lab I.D.: 1804=2. Results of this test are <br /> enclosed. Note that gasoline results were'none detected. <br /> • The San Joaquin County Public Health Services/Environmental Health Division <br /> UGST Worksheet for Site Closure Evaluation copy is enclosed. The notation at the <br /> bottom of the form by the evaluator lists site closure non-approval is due to removal <br /> r. inconsistencies.
