ATC Associates SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> In case of an emergency the project safety officer must be notified by the site safety officer or <br /> project manager. The site safety officer or her/his alternate will notify outside emergency <br /> response agencies (ER) as needed, the branch safety officer, and the project <br /> supervisor/manager.
