Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival we spoke with the associate on site in regards to the complaint or any other complaints of the same nature. <br /> Associate stated owner has hired a pest control company that services the facility twice a month.While inspecting facility, rat <br /> feces was observed underneath multiple candy boxes and along the shelving of the candy. Rodent feces were also observed <br /> around bait boxes,the prepackage chips, and near front door window. Observed two dead rodents that were caught in a <br /> spring loaded mouse trap, outside in the back of the facility. Rodent feces observed were not fresh and the dead rodents were <br /> decomposing.A photo log will be attached with the complaint inspection report.
