He stated that employee's at meat dept are supposed to <br /> change gloves between different types of meat. <br /> Raw meat process: Meat delivered 3 times weekly.When it is received it is stored in the walk in cooler. Per manager meat is <br /> thawed under cold running water. <br /> Observations: Saw fish that was thawing under cold running water.Also observed lots of boxes with raw meats(poultry and <br /> beef)thawing at room temperature. Per employee's it has been there since 6 am this morning.
