This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #5 -Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory form for the oxygen cylinder at the Ranger Station is not accurate. The amount <br /> of compressed oxygen is identified in pounds vs. cubic feet. This information must be accurate and submitted as <br /> part of the business plan.
