Any material that meets or exceeds the <br /> reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually.The facility stores onsite 3,700 gallons of Diesel, 110 gallons of Aqueous Ammonia,5000 <br /> gallons of transformers Oil and 560 cubic feet of Oxygen, and the business plan has not been submitted for <br /> Calendar Year 2019. The Last submittal of the business plan was May 24, 2019. The hazardous materials <br /> inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of <br /> the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Onsite to conduct a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP)closure inspection. HMBP reportable chemicals <br /> were observed onsite during the inspection. The facility stores onsite 3,700 gallons of Diesel, 110 gallons of <br /> Aqueous Ammonia, 560 cubic feet of Oxygen, and 5000 gallons of Transformers Oi. The HMBP permit will <br /> remain active until these chemicals are removed from this site. There were two violations during the inspection. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by June 19,2019. <br /> Note: Inspection report was not signed during the inspection. The property manager, Lisa Debois stated that the <br /> inspection report needs to be approved by the corporate office before they can sing it. Refer to the Hazardous <br /> Waste inspection report for more details about the hazardous waste program.
