1 <br /> kTJ KLEINFELDER <br /> 1r rrrn hrtre rrh drnngo n <br /> File No 20-3769-01 C01 <br /> December 14, 1995 <br /> Mr Dan Silva <br /> West Clay Properties <br />' 639 West Clay Street <br /> Stockton, California 95204 <br /> Subject October 1995 Groundwater Sampling Report <br /> West Clay Properties Commercial Site <br /> 639 West Clay Street <br /> Stockton, California <br /> (APN 147-071-10) <br /> Dear Mr Silva <br /> Enclosed are the analytical results for the October 1995 round of groundwater sampling for West <br />' Clay Properties, located in Stockton, California <br /> FIELD ACTIVITIES <br /> All wells were sounded for groundwater depth and checked for free product, and groundwater <br />' samples were collected from three monitoring wells, MW-1, MW-2, and MW-3 on October 31, <br /> 1995 (See Plate 1) The samples were subsequently analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons <br /> as referenced to gasoline (TPH-G),benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes (BTEX), and Total <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbons as referenced to kerosene (TPH-K) Based on sounding data obtained, <br /> the groundwater gradient was estimated to flow towards the north/northeast at 0 04 ft/ft <br /> Groundwater Levels <br /> The depth to groundwater was measured in the three monitoring wells with an electrical <br /> conductivity-based water level indicator on October 31, 1995 The water level probe was <br />' decontaminated in a tnsodnum phosphate (TSP) wash followed by a distilled water rinse, prior to <br /> use in each well Measurements were made to the surveyed mark on the north run of the <br /> monitoring well PVC casings Measurements were made to the nearest 0 01 foot The water level <br />' measurements were converted to elevations using the surveyed casing elevations <br /> 1 <br /> AIR950043 Page 1 of 4 December 14, 1995 <br /> i <br /> 01995,Klemfelder,Inc <br />' KLEINFELDEl2 2825 East Myrtle Street Stockton CA 95205-4794 (209)948-1345 <br />
