INTRODUCTION <br /> ' k <br /> e At the request of Ms Tina Mayhew of West Clay Properties,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc' , <br />' (AGE)has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 639 West Clay Street, Stockton, <br /> California The site and the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Structures,well and boring <br /> locations are illustrated on Figure 2 1 ' <br />' At the resent time there are twenty-two round water monitoring wells at the site Table 1),eleven <br /> _ p � tY g g ( <br /> are shallow wells screened between 10 feet and 35 feet below surface grade (bsg), nine are <br />' intermediate wells screened between 30 feet and 50 feet bsg or 40 and 60 feet bsg,and two are deep <br /> ,! wells screened between 65 feet and 70 feet bsg Additional site background information is presented <br /> m Appendix A <br /> This quarterly report has been prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br />' Control Board(CVRWQCB) guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites <br /> I � I <br />' • 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> On 04 March 2005,the twenty-two ground water monitoring wells were measured for depth to water <br /> and eight of the monitoring wells were purged and sampled The field work was performed in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) guidelines for <br /> sampling ground water monitoring wells and CVRWQCB guidelines for investigation of UST sites <br /> 21 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> 1 <br /> A Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in twenty-two wells <br /> relative to the tops of the well casings The ground water elevations and gradient were determined <br /> } from these measurements (Table 1) <br /> y After recording water level measurements, wells 'MW-1, MW-2, MW-9, MW-10,+ MW-1,113, <br /> iMW-12B,MW-13B and MW-14B were purged of standing water utilizing a Waterra inertial pump _ <br /> or a dedicated disposable plastic bailer, between 6 and 26 gallons of water were removed from each <br /> of the wells Groundwater temperature,pH and conductivity were measured at regular purge-volume <br />' intervals using an Oakton water analyzer Field sheets and data are included in Appendix B Purged <br /> ' water was stored on-site in labeled,55-gallon Department of Transportation(DOT,)-approved drums <br /> a, <br /> I I i <br /> k , <br /> I I l i <br /> Advanced'GeoEnviranmental,Inc <br /> I I <br />
