The CUF <br /> recommends that the EHD direct the Responsible Party (RP) to assess remedial technologies <br /> that will achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely and cost effective manner. ' <br /> The EHD has recently received a feasibility study from the RP proposing insitu chemical <br /> oxidation as the most cast-effective methodology to address the contamination.
