(AGE) <br /> for the above-referenced site. In the AWPA, AGE proposes to install an additional <br /> groundwater monitoring well screened from 20 to 25 feet below surface grade (bsg) <br /> approximately 70 feet north of monitoring well MW-5. Soil samples are proposed to be <br /> collected at 5-foot intervals, selected samples will be submitted for laboratory analysis <br /> for chemicals of concern as detailed in Additional Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan. <br /> Theur ose of th <br /> p p e well is to delineate the northern boundary of the plume of dissolved <br /> contaminants in the sand unit directly underlying the fine-grained soil. <br /> The scope of work proposed in AWPA and Additional Monitoring Well Installation Work <br /> Plan Addendum, dated 17 August 2006 is approved as necessary and adequate [H&S <br /> 25296.10 (c)(3)]. Submit a well permit application with the appropriate fees.
