Ground water samples collected from the monitoring wells will be analyzed <br /> for the same suite of analytes as described W soil samples. EHD finds these <br /> proposed actions necessary and adequate to continue the site characterization <br /> and approves the work plan. Submit a drilling permit for each parcel (if more than <br /> one is involved) with the $89.00 fee per parcel to EHD. Notify EHD at least 72 <br /> hours before scheduled field work. <br /> EHD notes that quarterly monitoring of the wells should continue until notified by <br /> EHD that a modified monitoring schedule or suspension of ground water <br /> monitoring has been approved by this office.
