(AGE) has prepared this Sensitive Receptor <br /> Survey for the site located at 16500 Clifton Court Road, Stockton, California. AGE performed the <br /> sensitive receptor survey as part of initial site characterization requirements under the California <br /> Code of Regulations - Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the above-referenced <br /> property. The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1; <br /> site structures are depicted on Figure 2. <br /> OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The objective of the surveywasto identify and locate sensitive receptors,includingwells,potentially <br /> affected by the underground storage tank(UST)release,and to identify and locate potential vertical <br /> conduits. The scope of work included the following tasks: <br /> 1. Review of State of California Department of Water.Resources records; and <br /> 2. Performance of a visual:area reconnaissance for municipal, domestic, irrigation, or ground <br /> water monitoring wells within a 2;000-foot radius of the site; a diagram of the search area <br /> is depicted on Figure 3. <br /> SURVEY FINDINGS <br /> On 28 April 2006, an AGE representative reviewed well drillers' reports from the California <br /> Department of Water Resources Central District for water wells-located in the surrounding area. <br /> 83?
