<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed soil lithology
<br /> and historical soil and groundwater analytical data associated with the above referenced site
<br /> as the EHD considers your site for closure. The State Water Resources Control Board
<br /> (SWRCB) Cleanup Fund (CUF) recommended this closure review in their "5-year Review
<br /> Summary Report for Claim Number 17509", dated 25 August 2011.
<br /> Although the EHD had approved the submittal of a work plan for a pilot test using RegenOx by
<br /> letter dated 17 December 2010, and had received In-Situ Chemical Oxidation Pilot Test Work
<br /> Plan, dated 24 June 2011, submitted by your consulting firm, Advanced GeoEnvironmental,
<br /> Inc. (AGE), the CUF has determined that remediation of your site may not be necessary so
<br /> the EHD will consider closure of your site. To this end, the EHD directs that a sensitive
<br /> receptor survey report be submitted to this department by 31 December 2011_ Include
<br /> surface water bodies, schools, hospitals, daycares, etc., as well as domestic, municipal,
<br /> industrial and other wells within a 2,000-foot radius of this site. Contact the Department of
<br /> Water Resources, municipal water suppliers, and nearby industries for well information and
<br /> submit any known construction details of the wells. Perform a physical search of the area to
<br /> identify all wells, and show the location of all wells on a map, relative to the location of this
<br /> site.
