Henkel, Jr. <br /> { <br /> The following considerations are .to be addressed in future site <br /> investigations. <br /> 1: A work plan to perform additional site assessment work shall <br /> be prepared following the enclosed guideline format as recommended by <br /> the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (Region 5, Appendix ,-- <br /> A Tri-Regional Board Guidelines) <br /> 2: All monitoring wells constructed, as well as the domestic <br /> well, on the property shall be sampled by laboratory analyses for <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants. The -recommended minimum laboratory <br /> analytical methods are enclosed-. <br /> 3: A Problem Assessment Report shall be submitted to the Central. <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and to the San Joaquin j <br /> Local Health District by March 27, 1988. <br /> These issues, should be addressed in a revised sampling plan:'which must <br /> be submitted to this office for approval prior to initiating the work <br /> plan. <br /> Itl should be noted that additional- sampling may necessary should the <br /> Y <br /> results of the sampling effort riot adequately define the extent of <br /> contamination. <br /> Pursuant to the San Joaquin Local Health District fee schedule <br /> Resolution No. ,85-58, a fee will be charged for time spent on review <br /> activities in addition to any permit and inspection fees required. <br /> The current workload volume is being managed by a 60-day backlog of <br /> chronologically received environmental assessment/remediation reports <br /> and/or workplans.
