Comstock Road, Stockton,CA(Figure 1) <br /> Dear Mr.Knoll: <br /> We are writing on behalf of Mr. Fred Kreth to present a workplan for a soil boring investigation at the subject <br /> property. The proposed work is intended to evaluate if subsurface conditions of environmental concern may be <br /> present. This work is in anticipation of the possible sale of the property. <br /> Workplan <br /> We propose to conduct the following scope of work: <br /> • Utilize C-57 licensed Fisch Environmental to advance one to three soil borings to maximum depths of 20 <br /> feet below grade using a direct push drill rig. Upon completion the boring(s)will be backfilled to the surface <br /> with neat cement grout. <br /> Collect soil samples at five-foot intervals for lithologic identification and field screening. <br /> •• Submit selected samples to a state-certified laboratory for analysis. <br /> All work will be conducted in accordance with Ground Zero's Quality Assurvlce/Quality Control Plan <br /> (Attachment A)and our Site Specific Health and Safety Plan(Attachment B). <br /> A boring permit application,MFR form and associated fees are enclosed.
