This information was required to be submitted by November 11, 2012. A <br /> deficiency letter was issued on March 22, 2013. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant <br /> status for this facility. The outstanding violations include: <br /> - CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment <br /> - CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days <br /> - CCR 66262.34(d)(2) -CFR 262.34(d)(5)(ii) No modified contingency plan <br /> -CCR 66262.34(d)(2) -CFR 262.34(d)(5)(iii) Failed to train all employees on waste handling and emergency <br /> procedures <br /> An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br /> written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> A 55 gallon blue poly drum of used antifreeze was observed in the maintenance shop with no hazardous property. All <br /> hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties (ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> - physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 17, 2015. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
