CH2M HILL is the consultant for <br /> SFPP.L.P. (SFPP),an operating partnership of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners,L.P. (KMEP). <br /> This site is being investigated and remediated under the direction and supervision of the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) <br /> CH2M HILL applied and received a boring permit from SJC EHD for field work that <br /> occurred in October 2001.There has been no other field work at this site since then.We <br /> submit quarterly groundwater monitoring reports to RWQCB and provide SJC EHD with a <br /> copy as a courtesy.I assume that the$89 charge is related to reviewing the Second Quarter <br /> groundwater monitoring report.
