Thanks, Roger From: Frank Girardi [EH] [mailto:fgirardi@sjcehd.com] Sent: Friday, May 30, 2008 5:33 PM To: Lucich, Roger/BAO Cc: Margaret Lagorio [EH] Subject: Cook Road destruction of deeper wells N-21, N-22,&N-23 Roger, In follow up to our conversation, EHD requests that you submit a work plan (w/engineer stamp and signature)to describe that the pressure grouting method to destroy the deeper wells N-21, N-22, and N-23 will not cause a cross contamination problem now or in the future with Regional Board approval.Also, the WP should also describe the procedure for the well destruction to be in compliance with the SJC code. The pressure grouting shall be done by excavating a hole at least 1' larger than the diameter of the originally drilled hole to a depth of a 6/3/2008
