MONITORING AND REPORW PROGRAM NO.R5-2004-0803 • -2-
KINDER MORGAN ENERGY PARTNERS,L.P.,THROUGH ITS OPERATING PARTNER SFPP L.P.
HOLT PETROLEUM PIPELINE RELEASE SITE
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
N-17,N-18, N-19, N-20, N-21, N-22, N-23, N-24 and 0-1. The 17 monitoring wells and any
wells installed subsequent to the issuance of this MRP, shall follow the schedule in Tables 2 and
3, below. MW-3 shall be monitored for depth to water only. Monitoring wells with free phase
petroleum product or visible sheen shall be monitored at a minimum for product thickness and
depth to water. The volume of extracted groundwater, volume of extracted free phase, and
amount of extracted volatile organic compounds, where applicable, also shall be provided in
semi-annual monitoring reports. Sample collection and analysis shall follow standard USEPA
protocol.
Table 1. When the GWETS is not operating, only vapors are extracted.
Table 2.
